From a fan's point of view the race at the Brickyard was certainly disappointing. From a team's perspective the race was not fun. But Goodyear can only do their best.
Goodyear is to blame in that in the tire test at Indy earlier this year, they invited only three teams and after the test they saw the same results that were seen this past Sunday at the Brickyard 400.
However, one comment about the tire wear made a great deal of sense, and I would like to share it with you and get your opinion. On an episode of NASCAR Raceday, Kenny Wallace said that everything about the new car got bigger, except the tires.
